Yes, for now we are based and only work in Nairobi and deliver to the greater Nairobi regions.

We have a No Return Policy meaning, you cannot get a refund for items that you are dissatisfied with. However, you can add them to the nextbatch of clothes that you would like to swap. Items must be re-swapped with 'The SW4P Shop' tag still on.

Only fashion and book items are accepted at The SW4P Shop. The categories of ites are as follows:

All brands of Men, Women and Childrens clothing.

1. Men, women & childrens accessories (Jewellry, Bags, Hats, Sun glasses, Hats, Belts etc)

2. New: Sports bras, socks & stockings

3. Good quality and wearable shoes.

Even though we check the items for our quality standard when we receive items, we urge you to familiarize yourself with our quality standard below to avoid dissapointment. Items cannot be replaced if items are rejected

We DO NOT accept items that are:

1. Damaged or defected.

2. Shoes with wear and tear.

3. Missing buttons or have broken/missing zippers.

4. Unsealed/used underwear.

5. Socks that have been worn.

6. Corporate merch/promotional items.

7. Smelling ot have an odour.

8. Completely filled with pet fur.

Kindly organise to drop-off at our location.

When packing your items for drop-off, it is important that you follow the following guidelines.

1. Items must be in a single package.

2. We accept boxes (stricly no plastic), that cannot be damaged easily (you can use strong shopping bags that you get from Careefour, Naivas, Chandarana etc ).

3. They MUST be well and FULLY sealed.

4. All packages MUST have customer's name and email writted and securely attached.

Kindly :

1. DO NOT pack your items in multiple packages

2. DO NOT kindly do not pack items in packages that can easily be damaged, eg paper.

3. DO place your customer information neatly within the package (should not be exposed).

4. Kindly do not place items bags/luggage that you want returned as we cannot accommodate that.

Any parcels/packages that do not follow the aforementioned guidlines are the liability to the customer. We will not bear responsibilty for packages that are lost or damages as a result of non-adherance to these guidlines.

Items that are received that do not follow our guidlines will be instantly rejected from swapping and taken to recycle firms and donated. Items that fall into this category are:

1. Non-fashion items like electronics, toys etc

2. Items fully covered with fur/pet hair.

3. Items with bodily fluids (saliva, blood, sweat)

4. Mouldy/yellowy items and books.

5. Unclean swimsuits.

6. Items with odour.

7. If a packages are sent in more than twice with items that fall into the above categories, you will be barred from the next 4 swap days without a refund.

Yes! you definitely can!

Yes, you absolutely can as long as the adhere to the quality standars of The Sw4p Shop.

We have a represtation of all sizes. We welcome people of all sizes and gender types. However, there may not be an equal representation of all sizers, the items we have a fully depended on the size of the swappers that register.

Though, you there also an array of items that are not clothes like bags, shoes and accessories that you can swap with. We hope to grow and enlarge our size ranges and have qqual reprentation. We are doing our best to get there!

The fee you pay is a service fee that supports the hard workers that are The Sw4p Shop sqauad. We ensure that you receive quality items through thorough checks, handle items with care as they are packaged and delivered to their new home. Your fee also supports the technological upkeep that keeps The SW4P Shop up and running.

For our online subscription, you can simply upgrade your subscription plan in order to mke this possible. Or, pay 100 ksh for every extra item. Failure to notify us will lead to an instant rejection and put in the donation pile.

For our physical swap meets hosted by 25SW4P, our limit for our swapper is 10-15 clothes. It is completley up to you if you would like to let go of more clothes than the limit, however, you will only be allowed to leave with 15 clothes. The rest will be donated and used in the next swap meet.

Items that do not pass/adhere to our quality checks (eg, torn, smelly, stained) will be taken to recycling firms. Any clothes that have mild damages and are wearable, will be donated.

Once items are rejected, you cannot claim them back or replace them.

We aim to create a circular economy through giving loved but no longer worn/used items homes instead of ending up in bins and landfills. Our packaging can easily be ru-used, recycled or repurporsed. The SW4P Shop finds a way to introduce slow fashion into the lives of Kenyans as well as enlongating the life span of clothes that may have trickled down into our country in bales as an effect of fast fashion abroad.

Yes, our mother organisation @25SW4P holds physical swap meets every month. This is a way to bring like-minded people together, educate more people on the sustainablility begond swapping, and a fun way to meet the people whose closets your raiding!

Karibu 25SW4P

For this subscription, you are allowed unlimited swaps throughout the month. The maximum amount of pieces you can swap per month is 20 pieces. These pieces can be spread throughout the month. For example: You can swap one piece on one day and 5 pieces on another day or 20 pieces all in one day, the choice is up to you.
