STORE POLICY
The only subscription payment method we accept is MPESA. Once you choose your desired subscription plan, kindly fill the subscription form on this page. You will then receive a confirmation email with your unique customer ID*.

NOTE:
The SW4P Shop works on a strict first come first serve policy.
Kindly drop off the items you would like to swap at the location given below in order to be swap.

For the day subscription: You cannot book an item without full receipt of payment.
Take note of the maximum and minimum amount of clothes that the subscription allows.

For the monthly subscription: Once your monthly subscription has ended, you cannot participate in the swap without payment for the next swap month. To renew your subscription: follow the payment instructions for the monthly plan. Your subscription starts the day after payment & payment confirmation.

OUR RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Kindly note that there is a strict no return policy. We advise our cherished swappers to kindly know their measurements. The details and measurements of the items will be provided in the captions under the pictures on Instagram.

The beauty of swapping is that, if you're not satisfied with the item you have received, the option to send it in with the next batch of clothes you wish to swap is available. Kindly note that there will be NO extra charge for items that are re-swapped. See below for more information.
HOW TO PACKAGE PARCELS
Kindly organise to drop-off at our location.
When packing your items for drop-off, it is important that you follow the following guidelines.
1. Items must be in a single package.
2. We accept boxes (strictly no plastic), that cannot be damaged easily (you can use strong shopping bags that you get from Carrefour, Naivas, Chandarana etc ).
3. They MUST be well and FULLY sealed.
4. All packages MUST have the customer's name and email written and securely attached.
Kindly DO NOT:
1. Pack your items in multiple packages
2. Kindly do not pack items in packages that can easily be damaged, eg paper.
3. Properly seal/close your packages.
4. Place your customer information neatly within the packaged (should not be exposed).
5. Kindly do not place items bags/luggage that you want to be returned as we cannot accommodate that.
Any parcels/packages that do not follow the aforementioned guidelines are the liability to the customer. We will not bear responsibility for packages that are lost or damages as a result of non-adherence to these guidelines.
RE-SWAPPED ITEMS
RE-SWAPPED ITEMS means that the clothes/garments that you had switched have not met your satisfaction standards. In this case, as we have a strict no return policy, the items can be sent back with the next batch that you would like to swap*.
The products must be of the same quality that you received them in; Clean, No stains, No dirt/sweat patches etc.
*The maximum amount of clothes is still applicable.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT METHODS
MPESA ONLY.
Payments must be paid in full to receive your customer ID and right to participate!
Delivery payments must too be made in full for the item to be delivered to your desired location.
