The SW4P Shop is an online swap shop that creates a platform for clothes lovers (and anyone who wears clothes) to access clothes that other people would want to let go of.
It provides not only a sustainable solution to shopping, but also a circular economy for Kenyans by Kenyans.

The SW4P Shop is a by-product of 25SW4P which holds physical swap gatherings.

SUSTAINABILITY BEHIND SWAPPING
The three R's and one U have been modified to describe and explain how swapping is a sustainable solution as well as the practices that it encourages.
REDUCE
Limiting the number of purchases that you make in the first place.
REUSE
Reusing the items as much as possible before replacing or giving them away.
RECYCLE
Ensuring the items are repurposed as much as possible.
UPCYCLE
Adding value through modification of items that would otherwise be discarded.

*No underwear or lingerie allowed.
All ages, sizes and genders are welcome!
Kindly note, to swap clothes one must send in clothes.
WHAT TO SWAP
To claim an item, send us a Direct Message via our Instagram page: @TheSw4pShop your item(s) of choice and your unique customer ID* and your mode of receiving clothes (pick up/delivery). For deliveries, kindly add your address in addition to the above information.
Kindly find our delivery fee rates under Logistics.
MODES OF PAYING FOR DELIVERY
MPESA: Deliveries will be made once the payment process has gone through and been confirmed.
MPESA NUMBER: 0799700021 only.
CASH: Kindly pay directly to the rider once you receive your package.

The below are the checks carried out by the SW4P Shop team to ensure the quality of the items received.
Kindly adhere to and follow the guidelines carefully to avoid disappointment.
THE SW4P SHOP REJECTS
Items will be rejected if they are:

Damaged/defected: stained, torn, broken zips.

Unwashed: makeup marks/stains, pet fur, sweat marks.
-
Non-fashion items: only books and unopened make up items are allowed.

Promotional items: items that have promotional/corporate merchandise will be rejected.

Have body stains (blood, sweat, saliva)!

Underwear and lingerie
Packages that contain the above items/garments that do not pass our quality checks will be instantly rejected and either donated or taken to recycle firms.
